The Snow Village series consists of 11 designs that will be released consecutively for 11 months. The first design in the series, Snow Village Banner, is larger than all the rest, with a

Stitch count of 111w x 61h. The other 10 designs all have a

Stitch count of 55w x 61h. If the entire series is stitched together, it has a

Stitch count of 223w x 185h leaving 1 stitch between each of the blocks, both horizontally and vertically. The fabric used for the models is Wichelt's 32 count Country French Rain Linen. The designs also use the same threads throughout. If all of the designs are stitched, a total of this many skeins of floss will be needed: Classic Colorworks' Cherry Tomato (2), Jolly Holly (2), Tea and Biscuits, and Hickory Sticks (2). DMC 304, 319, 646, 722, 869 (2), 3828, and White (5).

Patterns are NOT REFUNDABLE in order to protect the copyright of the designer.

Preorder & Special Order Information

Terms & Conditions for Preorders and Special Order items-

  • Patterns generally arrive within a month of their release (Market and Expo times can cause variation). New releases can be about a month while existing releases may only take a few days as they are simply being restocked.
  • Fabric will be dyed to order and time varies between the Dyers. Generally between 4-12 weeks.
  • Threads generally arrive within a few days to a month.
  • Should you want to cancel any items within your order, you will only be refunded in store credit less a restocking fee. 
  • If I cannot fulfill your order due to supply issues or discontinuance, I will refund your original payment method and contact you for alternatives. 

Preorder & Special order items are NOT IN STOCK and will ship within 2 business days of arrival. If you order these items and other in stock items, your entire order will ship when your FULL ORDER is in stock. Please contact me if you need items from your order sooner, we can work on it together. 

Cancellations

Refunds for cancelling any item with Preorder in the title, will be issued as a Store Credit less a 30% restocking fee. All cancellations are refunded in Store Credit only.

Postage & Handling is not refundable as it is a service that is not refundable once a shipment is mailed and accepted by the carrier
